Podcast interview with The Inspired Professional

July 28, 2020

I recently did a podcast interview with Dr Cathleen Dong from The Inspired Professional discussing my time spent training at the Australian Ballet School, my transition to law school and my subsequent careers as a lawyer and a judge’s associate, how a traumatic life event caused me to impulsively make the decision to quit my job and go all in with Edward Kwan a few months before COVID hit, and how I have been navigating COVID as a small business owner.

Unfortunately we recorded it a few weeks ago - it would have made an even more interesting podcast to be able to discuss what it has been like to experience the government suddenly making one of the products you sell mandatory!! (Think a lot of stress, breakdowns - definitely balled my eyes out a few times, sewing machines breaking down, mountains of face masks to sew and having to close my store with a waiting list, but also a lot of super supportive instagram followers and friends/family, understanding customers, and opportunities being thrown at you out of no where all of a sudden!!!).
