Podcast interview with Lawyer By Day

March 26, 2017

Earlier this year, I received an email from a past wedding customer, Mark Tyndall, requesting to interview me for a new Podcast he was launching called Lawyer By Day. Mark, who also works as a commercial lawyer, was interested in interviewing people who worked full-time as lawyers and ran businesses on the side. I said yes of course, and it was a lot of fun!

We discussed all things Edward Kwan and law, but mostly Edward Kwan. We talked my background in full time ballet training which set the foundations for my creativity now, we talked family involvement in my business and the origins of the names Edward Kwan and Gracie Kwan, and we talked about what it's like juggling a career as an intellectual property lawyer with running a blossoming side business, and how the two different roles I find myself in overlap and interact.

I had a great time chatting to Mark, he was an enthusiastic interviewer and asked really great questions which helped make the whole interview flow.
