Experience level: All levels welcome. However Jack will teach at a pace suitable to Beginner/Intermediate adult dance students. Advanced students, you can join, it will just be slightly slower paced for you. Complete beginners, you’re welcome to join, but you will just be thrown in the deep end to keep up with everyone else :)
What to expect:
- Jack will take you through a jazz-type warm up to start
- You will learn an adaption of the Hot Honey Rag (no props) from the Chicago movie. See a snippet here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DREnk4ZESud/
What to wear/bring:
- Whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident moving in. For some, that might be leggings and a tee, for others that may be dancewear. You do you!
- Shoes: Jazz shoes, dance heels (or heels you could actually dance in), runners, ballet shoes or bare feet. Socks get a bit slippery on floorboards in my opinion, but you can wear socks if you choose to.
- Water bottle
